What is the difference between B. Upright Bass and sample A?
B was a sample from the upright bass that I got from a friend. This sample was recorded with a friend's bass and bass guitar amp to mimic the sound of a live performance. The string saw, attack, and decay were all recorded separately. The attack could sound dry, or you could turn it up to simulate a sound that you'd hear with a real live upright bass player. It's great for creating bass lines and for playing along with a singer and/or acoustic guitar.
