SysMaster Digital Signage system includes an advanced Intel-based PC computer that runs Linux. The computer includes specialized software that is called Digital Medial Center. The software supports advanced functions and is fully integrated with the SysMaster Content Management System to allow easy product deployment and centralized management. If the customers require they may change the digital media software with their own, or simply install additional software that runs on Linux and uses standard x86 architecture. The M60 computer has a large built-in hard drive, a PCI card and multiple USB ports to allow universal application deployment. The video ports are S-Video and VGA and stereo audio output. The device can display Standard and High-Definition video and stereo audio. If HDMI port is required, the device can include a specialized HDMI PCI video card.*

The customers can easily and intuitively manage layouts, media objects, channel scheduling, advertising targeting, object access and management. Digital Signage supports the creation and management of playlists which set the sequence of content to be displayed by a particular Tornado M60 Digital Media Player. Each playlist can be associated with one or more digital media players. Additionally, each playlist is associated with one content layout.
Digital Signage offers easy to use content management and distribution functionality. Using a browser based interface, administrators can create content objects, define playlists and content layouts. Then with a click of a button, they can distribute new content to one or more Tornado M60 digital media players over IP networks.
Digital Signage can manage the delivery of both streaming and recorded content to the Tornado M60 digital media players. Both types of content are handled as content objects by the server and content can be added to playlists and then distributed to the digital media players. Additionally, streaming content can be programmed to play for a particular period of time, allowing recorded content to be rotated alongside streaming content.
Digital Signage offers high scalability to support the growth of our customers. From single digital signage to enterprise-wide implementation, the server can manage hundreds, even thousands of media players deployed worldwide. Customers can expand their digital signage networks at any time by easily adding additional digital media players to the Digital Signage server.
Digital Signage enables RSS feeds to be displayed at digital signage locations. The RSS feeds are delivered to the Tornado M60 digital media players via web pages. Such web page can be set to display in one or more of side windows defined in the content layouts. Such technological solution allows maximum flexibility, as changes to the RSS feed can be done either via the Digital Signage server, or via the webpage that displays the original feed.
Tornado M53 offers to end-users convenient access to content stored on attached USB hard drive or USB memory. The device offers 2 USB ports that can be used to connect external storage to store and view video and audio data content thus providing data library services. When the end-user selects a file from that media library, Tornado M53 will play it on the TV.
